The vast diversity of the New York restaurant scene created in Vladimir an unstoppable passion to learn and absorb every single detail and angle in the world of hospitality. He developed a forté for wine and liquor, crafting an award-winning beverage program for Barbounia, including a Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator.
